Packages and costs

A clear price for a useful website.

We agree what’s going in before I start. You see the site before it goes live, and your domain and files belong to you.

Planned standard packages

More room later

From £300

Once the first launch project is finished, I plan to offer a one-page site at £300 and up to three pages at £400. These are proposed future prices, not current sale prices.

  • One page for a straightforward introduction
  • Or more pages for services, your story and examples of work
  • The same personal conversation and review
  • Any larger features quoted separately

I’ll confirm the exact scope and price in writing before taking another booking.

After launch: You buy and own your domain. Basic static hosting may be free on a suitable provider plan. Any optional paid services, such as a business mailbox or a form with file uploads, are agreed before use and billed by the provider directly. Future edits are quoted separately. No surprise subscription to me.
What you own

Your website stays yours.

I’ll help you set up the domain and hosting in your name and give you a copy of the site files at handover. If you later want somebody else to work on it, you can take it to them.

For the launch site, enquiries can use clearly displayed phone, email or a simple contact route that we agree together. A form with customer photo uploads needs a separate paid service, so it is not included in the £150 build.

Before anything goes live

We’ll check the wording, photos, mobile layout, buttons and contact details together. You make the final call on the site.

The garden example is fictional and illustrates a possible design.

A few sensible questions

What happens afterwards?

Will I have to manage it myself?

No dashboard or routine upkeep is expected for this simple static site. If you want to change words or photos later, ask me for a quote or use the site files with another provider.

Can I pay monthly?

The £150 launch place is a single fixed build price. I’m not offering instalments for this first project.

What if I do not have professional photos?

Your own clear phone photos can work well. We can discuss what you have and avoid generic pictures that misrepresent your work.

Will my website bring me customers?

It gives people a useful place to understand and contact your business. I cannot promise a number of enquiries or a search ranking.
